SealArm PU is a single component pigmented polyurethane sealant. It is light and UV stable characterized by high elasticity and possesses good resistance to dilute acids and alkalis, salt solutions, neutral water-based cleaners as well as hot oils and fats.

SealArm PU is used as a joint sealant for floor joints in heavy duty areas e.g. industrial areas, breweries, dairies, commercial kitchens, balconies, terraces as well as between concrete elements (with low movement accommodation approx. 15% of the joint width).
